"I can’t explain into words how great it is to work with Shannon, she basically cold called me when I was in the middle of filling out a document online on how to save on my auto insurance. Shannon was very informative, knowledgeable, professional most of all not pushy, she was able to provide significant savings my other company was not willing to provide like taking the defensive driving course amongst other things. This was not an easy change I was with my other company for 35yrs but Shannon made it a very easy and comfortable change. She is the best!"
